Add or stop a tracked boat or vehicle
Let members' phones record trips on one more of the organisation's own boats or vehicles, and stop when it is no longer needed.

Tracked vehicles and boats
Settings, then Tracking rules. Only the organisation's own, by the people named.
Add a vehicle or boat
Choose its record, the name members see in the app, its kind and who may track it.
Stop
No new trips are recorded for it. Trips already recorded follow retention.
Read the subtitles
Open Settings, then Tracking rules. Who may track lists the organisation's own vehicles and boats that members' phones may record trips on. Here it is one: Harbour launch 2.
Choose Add a vehicle or boat. Pick its record, give it the name members will see in the app, say what kind it is, and who may track it: a role, or named people only. Then Add.
When the launch is laid up, choose Stop on its row and confirm. No new trips are recorded for it, and those already recorded follow your retention. Track again turns it back on.
Try it in the portal
Sign in with your work email. Your own organisation's records, nodes and units take the place of the Westmouth ones.
