  1. Your account

Choose your name at the top right, then Your account.

  2. Profile

Full name is how you read on an evidence pack. Save profile asks you to confirm.

  3. Password

At least 10 characters, twice. Change password signs out your other sessions.

  4. Where you are signed in

Your organisations lists your roles. Sign out ends this session.

Choose your name at the top right of any page. The menu shows your email and role. Choose Your account.

Add a picture sets your photo. Your name appears on every decision you make, so write Full name as it should read on an evidence pack. Change it and Save profile lights up, then asks you to confirm. An admin changes your email from Team.

To change your password, type the new one in New password and again below it, at least ten characters. Change password keeps you signed in here and signs you out everywhere else.

Your organisations shows your role in each, with Manage for the full list. Where you are signed in shows this browser, with Sign out.

Try it in the portal

Sign in with your work email. Your own organisation's records, nodes and units take the place of the Westmouth ones.
