  1. Probes and cells

The Health panel on a drive unit holds its temperature probes and cell voltages.

  2. Each probe against its rule

Battery pack, motor, controller and ambient, each with its warning and alert levels and a status.

  3. Find the low cell

One bar per cell, with the lowest, the highest and the imbalance between them.

  4. Where each value comes from

Thresholds for this drive lists each measure, its warning and alert, and where the rule came from.

  5. Alert rules

The Alert rules link beside Health opens the rules. Under Drive health, an admin can tighten a threshold.

On Drive units, open DRV-0418 and scroll to Health. It holds the temperature probes and the battery’s cell voltages, kept at a low rate. A crossed threshold raises an alert and keeps the readings either side, sealed.

Each probe has its reading now, its warning and alert levels, and a status in words. A probe that is not fitted says so; it is never shown as zero.

Cell voltages draws one bar per cell. Below it are the lowest cell, the highest, and the imbalance between them. While an imbalance alert is open, it shows the cells at the peak, so you can see which cell sagged.

Thresholds for this drive lists every measure checked, with its warning and alert, and where each value comes from: the Sensolytica default, the battery chemistry, the maker’s limit, or your own override.

To change a threshold, ask an admin. Alert rules, beside Health, holds the drive health thresholds. An admin can tighten a value for a fleet group, but never loosen it past the maker’s limit.
