Terms, cookies and data protection
The top bar opens each document. Data protection says what an authority must do before a node goes live.
Read the subtitles
The legal pages are open to anyone. Privacy, Terms and Cookies sit at the foot of every sign-in page. Choose Privacy.
Each page opens with a dated note: these are drafts, general information only, not legal advice, and not yet reviewed by a solicitor. Under the title, it says when the page last changed and how long it takes to read.
Contents, on the left, jumps to any section. Under it, Other documents lists the rest, including the DPIA template and the brief for the solicitor.
The links along the top open each document: the terms of service, the cookie policy, which is essential cookies only, and data protection for deployments, which says what an authority does before a node goes live. Sign in, at the top right, takes you back.
Try it in the portal
Sign in with your work email. Your own organisation's records, nodes and units take the place of the Westmouth ones.
