  1. Their own versions

Organisation versions, under the Agent tab, lists each task an organisation has rewritten and how it differs.

  2. Differs from the template

The row says what changed. Template changed since means the template moved on after they wrote theirs.

  3. Side by side

Compare shows their version beside the template, read only.

  4. Only they can go back

Close the comparison. Only the organisation can return to the template, from its own settings.

Click the Agent tab, then Organisation versions. Each row is a task an organisation has written its own version of. These do not follow the template until the organisation goes back to it.

The row says what differs: here the harbour authority rewrote the daily brief prompt and lowered its temperature. If the template has changed since they wrote theirs, it says so, which is worth mentioning to them.

Click Compare to see their version beside the template: model, temperature, system prompt and user template.

Close the comparison. As staff you can see and compare, but not overwrite. Only the organisation can go back to the template, from its own agent settings.

Try it in the portal

Sign in with your work email. Your own organisation's records, nodes and units take the place of the Westmouth ones.
