See which authorities and owners have granted you outboard data, how many units each covers, and how to ask for more.
Grants, not memberships
Fleets that granted access is linked from the top of Fitted units. Each grant covers one drive unit.
Fitted against granted
Units fitted, Granted to you, Without a grant and Grants ended show how much of your fleet you can see.
Who granted, and since when
Granted access lists each organisation, and private owners as one row, with units, the date and the grant references.
Counted, never named
Units without a grant splits the rest into Never granted and Grant ended.
Request access
Ask for a grant opens a support request with the subject filled in. Say which authority and why.
On Fitted units, choose Fleets that granted access at the top. Owners and authorities grant you outboard data one unit at a time. You never join their organisation or see their record, team or vessels.
The figures compare units fitted with units granted to you. Units without a grant are counted so your numbers add up. Grants ended tells you if an owner has stopped sharing.
Granted access lists who has shared with you. An organisation such as Westmouth Harbour Authority has its own row. Private owners are grouped together and never named. Every grant has the same scope, outboard data only.
Units without a grant are on your outboards but nobody has shared them. You see how many, split into never granted and grant ended, but not whose they are or where.
To ask an authority for access, choose Ask for a grant. A new support request opens with the subject filled in. Say which authority and why, for example warranty and service planning, and send it. The authority decides unit by unit in its own portal.
Sign in with your work email. Your own organisation's records, nodes and units take the place of the Westmouth ones.
