Every decision, with a reason
Audit trail lists who did what, when, and the reason they gave.
By person and decision
Use the Person and Decision menus to narrow the list, here to Tom Reid's verdicts.
Any period
The time menu runs from today to everything. Staff access only lists each time Sensolytica staff entered, and why.
A file for an auditor
Export the trail saves what is shown as a CSV file.
Read the subtitles
Open Audit trail from the sidebar. Every decision a person made is here, with their reason. Verdicts are audited, not sealed, so changing one never breaks the chain.
Narrow it down. Choose Tom Reid under Person and Verdicts under Decision, and you see each verdict he set, with the reason he gave beside it.
Set the person back to anyone and widen the time to the last thirty days. Beside it, Staff access only would list each time Sensolytica staff entered your organisation, with the reason they gave.
Choose Export the trail to save what is shown as a spreadsheet file, ready for an auditor or a court.
Try it in the portal
Sign in with your work email. Your own organisation's records, nodes and units take the place of the Westmouth ones.
